Why is my listing held for review?

Some categories (antiques, brands, regulated goods) need a human approval before going live.

Listings auto-publish unless our restricted-goods or counterfeit scanner flags them. Common reasons: antique-style descriptions (regulated), brand name in the title (counterfeit risk), wildlife or weapons keywords.

Held listings show "Under review" on your listings page and route to our compliance team. Usual turnaround: 24 hours on weekdays. We email you the outcome — approved + live, or rejected with the reason so you can edit and try again.
