What does 'shipping & duties included' mean?

Every haat price is the final number — no extra duties or shipping at delivery.

Every price you see on haat already includes the shipping cost to your address and any import duties or taxes the destination country charges.

The carrier delivers the package to your door. You do not need to pay anything extra to release it from customs.

This is called DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. It is the only checkout option we offer because we believe surprise fees at delivery are the single worst thing about cross-border purchases.
