What do the haat seller tiers mean?

Every seller carries one of three tiers, visible as a small badge near the product title:

• New — a recently joined seller, still building a track record. • haat verified (sage) — five successful exports, identity verified, on-time delivery + low refund rate. • Trade (indigo) — the export-ready tier. These sellers handle bulk B2B orders, accept LC / NET terms, and have been audited.

Tier badges are computed automatically every night based on real performance, not paid placement.
