How do returns work?
Open the order page, click 'Issue with order', upload photos. Auto-routed by value: under $50 = auto refund, no return needed.
From /account/orders, open the specific order and click "Issue with order". Pick a reason (damaged, wrong, not as described, never arrived) and upload 2+ photos.
Our Smart Returns router decides the path automatically: • Under $50 buyer-currency value — Keep-It-Refund: automatic full refund in 3 business days, you don't ship anything back. • $50-$500 — partial refund offer OR return to our regional hub. • Above $500 — full return with seller-paid shipping when the defect is confirmed.
Refunds come from escrow, so the seller never has to chase you and you never have to chase the seller.
