Will I be charged customs at delivery?
Usually not. For supported destinations duties are included in your checkout total; where they can't be, checkout tells you before you pay.
For supported destinations haat ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): import duties, GST/VAT and customs handling are collected inside your checkout total and pre-paid on your behalf. The carrier delivers with nothing left to pay, and your order summary says so before you pay.
Not every route can be shipped duty-paid. Where a bundle in your basket can't be, checkout says "duties may apply at delivery" on that bundle instead of the duties-included note — so you know which of the two applies before you commit, never afterwards.
So: if your checkout said duties were included and a carrier still asks you for money, don't pay it. Write to support and we'll deal with the carrier. If your checkout flagged that duties may apply at delivery, a customs charge is legitimate and paying it releases your parcel.
