Will I be charged customs at delivery?

Every haat checkout uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you saw at checkout is the final total. Import duties, GST/VAT, and customs handling are pre-paid by haat from your purchase.

If a carrier ever asks you for money on delivery, refuse the package and write to support — that's never legitimate on a haat order. We'll investigate immediately.
